I felt really at home at this hotel - the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and come with a cozy balcony, making my stay super relaxing. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cleanliness to the delightful touches like natural shampoo, body wash, and even a cute Teddy Bear made of towels on my bed. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet expectations with basic food options and a lack of variety. Overall, a great value for money!

I stayed at this hotel that offered a waterpark surrounding which was pretty loud from around 8 in the morning, but everything else was amazing. The rooms were spotless, the laundry service was reliable and speedy. The teak accents, nice balcony sitting area, and hand-written welcome notes added a touch of luxury. The restaurant served excellent food and the gym was well-equipped, making my stay a memorable one!

The deep bath and outdoor balcony with a daybed and table/chairs were gorgeous. The service was top-notch, with very helpful and friendly staff, especially towards kids. The location was really great in Kuta, close to Discovery Mall and Kuta Beach. The dining experience was exceptional with a huge array of dishes. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being in the center of everything yet tucked away from noise, with spacious and well-designed rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay truly amazing. However, the soundproofing could be better, and the dining features an unusual but delicious Ala carte model.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms with attached balconies were amazing, and the excellent location added to the charm. However, the size of the room was a bit small, and facing the Waterbom on the outside of the building could be noisy at times. Additionally, payment upfront was required, which might not suit everyone.
